About Us

Our mission is to make a positive impact on players while preparing them them for the next level of competition. Through our teams we offer opportunities for student-athletes to develop their skills, showcase their abilities, and to compete with players and teams from all over the country. We strive to fulfill our social responsibility of sharing experience and information with the players of tomorrow.

We believe that in order to be successful, players must be physically and mentally capable of performing fundamental and advanced skills. After seeing thousands of players throughout the US, we know which skills players should be able to perform according to their age group level. In addition, we can help players acheive those skills if they are not at the appropriate level.

Our goal is to develop players for the future. We understand that all players develop physically and mentally at different rates. Though we field a team to win in all aspects, everyone’s focus should be on what happens in practice and understand that the game will take care of itself. We have a parent/player conduct agreement that must be read and signed to ensure what is expected from players, parents, fans, and coaches. This is not a “daddy-ball” or “pay-to-play” organization. We teach our teams the major league way. We have had extensive hands on experience in college and professional baseball. We constantly are sharing information and training methods with current and former professional players, current and former major league scouts, and even future Hall-of-Fame players. We take a professional outlook on what we see is the best scenario for all players to have the most success at the next level.
